Squeeze
A 3-bet made after one player has raised and one or more others have called.
A squeeze is a re-raise (3-bet) after an open-raise has already been called by one or more players. You are squeezing the caller, who now faces a raise with money committed and a range that is usually capped by their flat call.
Squeezing works because the original raiser may not be strong and the caller is often weak — they would have re-raised with a premium. Use larger sizing than a normal 3-bet to account for the extra dead money and callers. Against fields that do not fold, squeeze for value and cut the bluffs.
