Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

REFUND PROCESS

Cancellation is completed in the member platform; no return package is required. Refunds are requested by cancelling in the member platform. Nothing is shipped or returned.

REFUNDS

Please allow at least ten (10) days to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following are non-refundable:

• Monthly membership fees (cancel ends future billing, no refund for the current period)
• Coaching sessions cancelled inside 72 hours

Please Note

• Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancelling a membership stops future billing and access continues through the end of the paid period. One-on-one and group coaching sessions cancelled 72 or more hours before the scheduled start time are refunded in full. Sessions cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time are not refunded. If a coach cancels a session for any reason, that session is refunded in full regardless of timing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
